INSTRUCTIONS: 

​GROUP 1: Youth Participants (Ages 13–24)

Who: Middle school, high school, and college-aged students
Why: To gather honest, relatable perspectives on how youth experience and talk about mental health
What they do:

• Participate in a short introductory Zoom session (Required)

• Watch a Glowmedia short film

• Complete the online survey

• Receive a $25 gift card for their participation
  Note: Parental consent is required for participants under 18 (please see below)

GROUP 2: Middle and High School Teachers & School Administrators

Who: Educators, counselors, and school leaders working with youth
Why: To understand how Glowmedia films are used in educational settings and what resources are most useful
What they do:

• Participate in a short introductory Zoom session (Required)

• Watch a Glowmedia short film

• Complete the online survey

• Provide feedback on integration, effectiveness, and curriculum alignment

• Receive a $25 gift card for their participation

GROUP 3: Psychologists & Mental Health Professionals

Who: Licensed professionals working with adolescents or young adults
Why: To assess the clinical accuracy, emotional impact, and relevance of Glowmedia content
What they do:

• Participate in a short introductory Zoom session (Required)

• Watch a Glowmedia short film

• Complete the online survey

• Share insights on mental health messaging and themes

• Receive a $25 gift card for their participation

GROUP 4: Parents & Caregivers

Who: Parents or guardians of teens currently in middle or high school (One parent per household)
Why: To provide feedback on how Glowmedia content resonates with families and supports conversations at home
What they do:

• Participate in a short introductory Zoom session (Required)

• Watch a Glowmedia short film

• Complete the online survey

• Offer their perspective on how the films can foster trust, understanding, and awareness

• Receive a $25 gift card for their participation

Both forms must be submitted in advance - we’re unable to admit participants under 18 without this form.
